SHIPPING / REFUND POLICY
Thank you for visiting Surf Local Pty Ltd. The following information outlines the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.
- Processing your order
An email confirmation will be sent to your email address after placing your order, please keep this as proof of purchase.
- Processing / Shipping Time
Processing time means the time it takes Surf Local to prepare your order for shipping.
Once your payment is authorised and verified, we can start processing, maximum 5 days.
You will be contacted if there is a delay.
Some orders can ship within 2 days and some may take up to 14 days.
- Shipment Locations
Surf Local only ships to domestic locations. If international orders occur, shipping rates will vary and will take longer to be received.
We will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We use private couriers and orders can be tracked via their websites. You will be notified of the courier company and their estimated delivery time.
Delivery times are a guide and can be influenced by delays in payment authorisation, weather, courier delays and other unforeseen circumstances.

Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to the items ordered, delivery location and carrier shipping practices.

REFUND POLICY
If you are not happy with your Surf Local purchase simply return the items within 21 days and we will issue a refund. If items are damaged or faulty we will arrange a replacement or refund.
